Chairperson adalah orang yang bertugas menjadi moderator atau pemimpin jalanya suatu debate. Sedangkan time keeper merupakan orang yang mencatat waktu bagi setiap debaters yang menyampaikan persuasi-nya sesuai dengan tema/motion debate itu sendiri. Nah di sini saya memberikan text guide untuk kamu yang mungkin akan menjadi Chairperson atau Time Keeper dalam suatu debate. Ini saya dapat dari English Debating Competition Minggu lalu. Membackup Kontak HP
Bingung saat tiba-tiba kontak hilang dan tak ada backup-nya. Menulis satu persatu kontak HP pada sebuah buku telepone menjadikan pekerjaan yang melelahkan saat jumlah kontak kita mencapai lebih dari 100 kontak. Huft.... Ada cara yang lebih mudah dari Google. Berikut ini caranya:
- Click 'Menu' and open the 'Organizer'.
- Select 'Synchronization'.
- Select 'New Account' and choose 'SyncML' as 'Account type'.
- Enter 'Google Sync' or any name of your choice.
- On the 'General' tab, enter the following values:
- Server address: https://m.google.com/syncml
- Username: your Google Account username, e.g. you@googlemail.com
- Password: your Google password
- On the 'Applications' tab mark 'Contacts' only.
- On the 'App. settings' tab select 'Contacts'.
- For 'Database name' enter 'contacts' (lower case), leave other fields blank.
- On the 'Advanced' tab, enter the following settings:
- Sync. interval: choose how frequently you would like to synchronize with Google.
- Allow Connection: Leave this as 'Home network', unless you also wish to synchronize while roaming internationally.
- Connection: Click on 'Connect using:' and select the Internet access point for your carrier. Leave other settings unchanged.
- Secure Connection: On
- Leave other settings unchanged.
- Click 'Back' and select 'Yes' to save your changes.
- Highlight your new account and press 'Start'.
